Hey guys! I know getting stuck at an aggravating weight, and hitting that plateau can be one of the most, if not THE most, frustrating parts of weight loss.. I struggled with it greatly but have found some food choices, workout routines, etc that really helped me push/break them! If any of you need any help or suggestions please feel free to message/add me and I will do my best to get back to each of you! Stay focused on your journey and never, ever give up! You can ALWAYS bust thru being stuck! : )

Firstly, congrats on 64lbs! That's outstanding! I started at 162 5'9 and 15 years old. Now I weigh 146, and I'm stuck ): I cut calories and am exercising, but I want to loose 5 to 10 more lbs! Any ideas?? Thanks0
