I just eat chips when I crave them and try not to go toooo crazy. The baked ones aren't bad, but I'd rather have the regular. Otherwise, salty popcorn is pretty good.0

i like the quaker rice chips. (my fav are the salt n cracked pepper or the sweet chili) they are good. Also i like crisp sliced apples, salted fresh cucumber sliced thin, i also like popcorn, but not the diet popcorn, it's dry and tasteless...might as well be eating styrofoam.0

Eat some whole grain tortilla chips with your home made salsa. Mash up a can of whole tomatoes, dice up one red tomato, dice up half a white onion, dice up a cup of cilantro, squeeze out the juice of one lemon, and put in a pinch of salt for the best salsa you've ever tasted! (It's cheap and full of nutrients.) You can also scoop the salsa onto slices of cucumber instead.0

The Kellogg's Speciel K Craker chips are really good! I have the Southwest Ranch and the Cheddar. It's 110 calories for 27 chips. I have not had the Sour Cream and Onion so not sure on the calories them.0

Be Light cereal bars. I like the wholegrain ones and carry them with me all the time. I get them from Aldi's..energy 5%, fat 1% per o.8g, sat. fat 0.8%, sugar 5% per 4.1g, sodium 2% pe 45mg.
I also like almonds and rice crackers.0 -
If you really want chips, you should just eat some! As long as they fit into your daily calories, it's okay to have them sometimes. I find that eating around craving (trying to replace the food with something else) leads me to eat more calories than I would have if I had just eaten the food in the first place0

i don't think i ever crave chips! BUT, i will crave salsa! fresh, chunky salsa :-) and there are only two things i will eat with it. 1. egg white omelet with black beans, and 2. scoops, LOL!!!
i count out the chips and then devour the salsa ;-)0 -

Baked Doritos are my crack when it comes to chips. I don't know what it is about them, but I love them!!! I also like popcorn and looks like i'm gonna have to give the Special K chips a try, lol.0
