My Workout Routine

I'm 19 years old; Male; Average build at normal weight.
Workouts:
Power 90: Sculpt 1-2 & 3-4 and Ab Ripper 1-2 & 3-4 (Gotta buy it or borrow it from a friend)
C25K Running Plan (Android App, iPod, etc.) (Free)
Supplies Needed:
Dumbbells (Started out with 15lb, now using 17.5lb and I'm moving on up to 20's soon; I got a $20 adjustable set at Wal-Mart)
Running Shoes (Got some really good ones at Costco for $20)
Optional:
Pull-up bar (Got a real one for about $100 on Amazon)
What the workout consists of:
Sculpt and C25k with Ab Ripper every other day.
For example, I do Sculpt Monday and then C25K Tuesday.
For the first 45 days do: Sculpt 1-2 and then do some pull-ups. On cardio days, C25K and Ab Ripper 1-2.
For the 2nd set of 45 days do: Sculpt 3-4 and then do some pull-ups. On cardio days, C25K and Ab Ripper 3-4.
I find this is great to do because I don't get bored because I go out to run every other day while I weight lift the other days.
Remember: Don't do both in one day; let you muscles recover.
Recovery Drink: Chocolate milk, don't need no stinkin' powders :P
Diet: I try to eat smart. I eat fast food once a week so I can keep the craving controlled and don't splurge.
