I am 5'7" 155lbs and working on getting some muscles. I want to see your beautiful physique and if anyone has a good upper body routine for body weight and dumbbells I am all ears.

    I just started lifting this week, I'm starting with 2 times a week through my Universities gym class. This is my routine for the next 3-4 weeks then we'll switch it up. I lift chest, back and core on Tuesdays and then on Thursdays I do arms and legs.

    Warm up is 10 minutes of Cardio and stretch

    Chest Back and Core
    Barbell Bench Press 3x10 --
    Seated Row 3x10
    Barbell Incline Press 3x10
    Lat. Pull Downs (wide grip) 3x10
    Dumbbell Chest Flies 3x10
    Front & Lateral Raises 2x10
    Any Core activity you want 3x20



    Legs and Arms
    Leg Extensions 3x10
    Bicep Curls 3x10-15
    Leg Curls 3x10
    Tricep pull downs 3x10-15
    Leg Press (Squat) 3x10
    Over head Tricep Extensions 3x10
    Any Core Activity you want 3x20
