Does any one else have this problem?

I have found that when I add a food and check that I want to share it, it doesn't actually share the food. my sister is doing this same program and sometimes she'll have a food after I add it, but she can never find it and vice versa.

Mike has to check the food item out first and approve it then he will add it to the shared list.
