Lost 2kg in only 3 days!!

After upping my cals i have lost 2kg in only 3 days OMG! I have upped them from around 1200 to 1750 and then im even trying to eat back my exercise cals so i will be eating anywhere up to around 2500 a day but im still only netting around 1200 so i need to try and eat back a few more exercise cals because although that weight loss is excellent i dont want to drop it to quick and lose muscle definition and put my body into starvation mode!

UPPING YOUR CALS WORKS!!
