Fat Calories

It looks like I am consistently low on fat in my diet. Pretty much every day, even when I reach my daily caloric goal (almost always there, a little over or under), I'm over on proteins and carbs and low on fats. Using today as an example: I have something like 370 cals left (before exercise) for dinner and snacks, but am over on protein and almost there on carbs, so I have a ton of fat calories left, and nothing else. I feel like I should eat a stick of butter for dinner and call it a day. The plan was to make a "milkshake" with almond milk, protein powder and some raspberries, which would put me way over on protein and carbs.
