P90X question

I just did "shoulders and arms" for the first time tonight and I was wondering how to log it under exercise?I do not have a working HRM at the moment. Most of my other workouts I put under circuit training. This just didn't seem like it belonged there. Thanks in advance!

Weight training? Maybe? That's what I use at least.0

I have been doing several of the Beachbody programs including P90X a couple times, but the only way to input the calories burned is by using a caloric monitor and putting it in manually. I do the LMP and P90X2 now and I just track it on my polar monitor and calculate with it.0
