Why is it people will log 8 hours of walking because they were at work all day...say they burned 1500 calories...eat them back then complain after a week that the number on the scale isn't going down...really do they not understand that your body burns calories all day long...there counting them twice...then they get mad at me when I point it out...really! Oh and you DON'T burn 1800 calories doing 45 min of Zumba...just sayin!!
