I've been on a plateau for a couple of weeks - bidding my time waiting for things to move again. Yesterday I got on the scale and it had gone up one pound! I was sooo discouraged because I've been trying so hard. Then we had to go to visit my mom - who always has to "feed me". Normally I can resist but I was so discouraged I fell into the "poor me - I may as well just eat" mentality. It continued after I got home and I was so angry with myself by the time I went to bed. BUT - I'm back in the right frame of mind this morning and back on track. I know this has to be a lifestyle change and I can do it. I just needed to confess so I could move on. I love this site and it's been sooo helpful. Maybe there are others out there that can join me in getting back on track today.

    Go workout!
Get back on your food plan immediately & pretend like it didn't happen!
Hang in there. You can do it.
