gaining weght from work outs

Am I gaining muscle weight that is out weighing weight loss from lifting weights? I eat less, drink more water, and eat more proteins. My progrees is slow in losing weight but I see the difference physically.

    There's no workout thatmakes you gain weight.

    Wether or not you gain weight is determined by caloric balance.

    It takes a lot to gain actual muscle weight. It's a false belief that doing average toning at home causes people to gain muscle weight. The whole "a pound of muscle weighs more than a pound of fat" is false.

    Many times these sort of weight increases are just temporary from water retention as your muscles repair themselves.

    this is getting really irritating! I don't think any one claims that pound for pound muscles weighs more then fat but inch for inch it does!

    and there is no way to tell what kind of work out this person is doing,

    So my advice is measure you self instead of weighing your self
