YES!!! I make some good fried rice and the WOK is perfect for it. Chicken breast w/vegies and I add a scrambled egg.

I have 3 woks. One Electric. One for the stove. One for the BBQ. You can cook anything in a wok. Experiment. Google some recipes. Of course, my wife and girls, just like most people, love stir-fried noodles, but you can prepare so much more.

    Have fun.

btw, you don't need to go to the local asian store and buy noodles for stir fry. Use Angel Hair pasta. I prepare the pasta in boiling water. Al dente. Then place in colander and rinse with cold water until cool. Let it dry. Then, I drizzle a little sesame oil on it and work it through the noodles. This is to prevent the noodles from sticking together. The side benefit is that it tastes good. Then, it's ready for the wok with all the veggies and your choice of meat (or not).

    Have fun. Cooking is fun.
