Calories in canned fruit without syrup?

Today I ate some pear slices that were in extra light syrup, meaning the can held pears, water and sugar. I just ate the pears, letting as much syrup drip off as possible. Any suggestions about how to log that? The whole can holds 210 calories, but I'm assuming that includes the syrup.
Nerdy question, but still... need suggestions!

It's not exact, I'm sure, but when I eat canned fruit (think peach or pear halves, not fruit cocktail), I usually rinse the pieces before I eat them, regardless of heavy or light syrup or the canned in juice bit. I figure for MFP purposes, it's close enough to the plain fruit so I just use the generic peach or pear entries instead. You could always add a little sugar to the counter to account for the syrup if you don't rinse but you don't want to take credit for syrup you're not consuming.0
