Quick, low cal food to prep for workout so i don't fall over

I am already over my cals today :(:(:( BUT I am about to head to the gym. I haven't eaten dinner yet, though, and am worried about working out without it, so anybody have any ideas for a quick, low-cal meal I can grab that won't weigh me down?

    100 cals worth of whole grain crackers. 50 cals of red. fat cheese or hummus.
