Hi :) I'm a newbie!!

Hey I figured it'd be nice to join the community and possibly get some support from people since it's lacking in my environment! My name's Elizabeth and I am currently in the process of losing 42 pounds. This is my first time ever getting involved with a program like MFP as well as dieting and keeping track of my calories. I held the assumption, for the longest time, that since I'm young (19) I don't need to workout or diet because the youth is "invincible" to weight-gain haha! Ignorance at its finest but I know now that is not the case! Well I'm definitely open to finding/meeting new fit buddies! Have an awesome day
