Thanks everyone for the kind words and encouragement! Some days it's SO HARD to stick with it the plan, but all of our goals are attainable. Thanks for giving me the extra motivation to say yes to the extra cardio and say NO to dessert or a glass of wine, and knock out these last few pounds. xoxo.
