How do I track my strength training workouts in My exercise.

    What specifically are you asking? Do you not know how to add workouts in general, or are you not sure how the particular workouts you're doing should be entered?

    In general, you should go to the Exercise tab, scroll down to Strength Training, click Add Exercise, and search for the particular exercises you want to add.

    If you're not sure how your particular workout should be entered, you'll have to tell us what you are doing.
  • You can enter as "Strength training", which is under cardio exercises.
