Bon Iver exercise video??

I just read online that there's a Bon Iver (that's a band) exercise video -- it almost seems like a joke. I'm not sure that there's anything I'd like to work out to LESS than Bon Iver...
Has anyone watched it??
curious about what music is on the video and if it's any good...and what kind of video it is exactly!
