Hi everyone, I started using FitnessPal some time ago, and then fell off the 'wagon'. I barely used the site before and this time around I want to use all the tools. I am looking to make friends, find support, support others, and start reaching for my goals.
The back story - I am 33, in a relationship, no kids, 1 cat.
I started back to college in June of 2009 and work pt on the campus. I was about 173lbs when I joined the military in June 2000. I gained and lost a few here and there, but maintained a healthy weight and size until 2006. Since then I have gained nearly 100 lbs, topping out at 283 lbs.
I know all the right answers, just not how to apply them. I know how much I should be working out, what and how much I should be eating, the tips and tricks to help make myself aware of what I am doing....I just can't seem to make myself do it. In the last few years I have struggled with compulsive overeating, I don't even know I am doing it until after the fact and I am stuffed and miserable. Ahh drama drama drama, sorry. LOL
