To join the local hotel gym so I can start swimming again, and stop relying only on cycling for my exercise...it is getting a bit boring every single day.

I log EVERYTHING I eat and drink. Makes me accountable (since my dairy is public) and I make kind of a game out of it. :)

To let my abdominal wall strain heal! So hard to stop doing certain exercises but I know I have to in order to get back to 100%.

To at the very least, walk a mile each day. TOM + bad cramps = no energy for me. I've pushed myself the past couple days to get walking in at least. It's not the complete workout at the gym, but it's a mile more than normal during TOM for me. :-)

It was not until I read this response that I figured out what TOM means on other threads!! Awesome. I have always referred to it as Martha, but TOM makes more sense

My goal for this week is to exercise while on vacation this weekend! My hotel has a gym and my pre-MFP days I would have scoffed at the idea of using the hotel gym while on vacation (supposed to be fun time!) So I am going to get my jiggly butt in there this weekend and work up a sweat!

I'm going on a trip this weekend. (and spending a total of 13 hours in a car!) My goal is to enjoy the trip without freaking out about food the whole time.
