I know I need to start strength training. I recently purchased some dumbells, body bars, kettle bells.
Now I just need to get motivated and maybe get a few DVDs to follow.
Any suggestions would be appreciated
Thanks in advance,
Cris

That's a pretty neat website. A lot of the exercises have videos so you can actually see how to do it. Plus it gives you options to change up your workout.

I liked the Jeri Love videos for a while, but I never see anyone here talk about them.
Some suggestions that I have seen are to go to your public library and check out some videos and see which you like. Then purchase those.0 -

I know cable and verizon have free exercise video's on demand, check with your tv provider to see if they have it available. I like changing it up, I get tired of doing the same video over and over again. This is a nice option without having to dish out alot of money on DVD's
