Hi Everyone! I am new here and am just about to start the P90 Workout Plan.....

My starting weight is 181, and I hope to get down to 150 by September! I know.... wishful thinking but ti sounds like alot of you have done similar goals.... I'm sure I can do it!!!

Is anyone else on P90? Any tips? Anything you would change?

    Well it is Day 3 of P90 and I can already feel progress in my muscles!! I've been keeping track on my Blog... and haven't found a way to post pictures but that is alright... before /after shouldn't really be that important!!

    I am eating better the last 2 weeks and I can definitely feel a difference!!! Amazing how good you feel after a good meal and a workout!!!
