    My fav are the FiberOne but they are 140 cals
    The south beach (IMO) were not so good...

    I can only find Fibre1 (I guess Canada has a different trademark because its the same product) cereal.

    I wish they would bring out more products in Canada.

    I love the south beach high protein cereal bars. Particularly the cinnamon and raisin.

    I like the fiber one bars way better than the curves ones too!! Oats and chocolate is my fav! Curves bars just arent chewy enough and the fiber bars cure my chocolate craving fast! Not to mention theyre like twice as big! :blushing:
