Pressing my 30 minute jog, and dug so deep tonight

So I am REALLY wanting to get a 6.2 MPH pace over 60 minutes. I was doing like 4.2MPH at 60 mins, then decided to drop my workout to 30 minutes and focus on increasing speed(for a couple reasons, namely work taking a bit more time this week and tennis is starting up.) So tonight I started out 6 MPH and was working, and while I had interval spikes between 6.0 and 2.0(2.0 was usually just to catch my breathe, really never stayed below 4 that long) and I just pushed hard and improved my 4.8MPH@30m last week/last run into 5.2MPH@30m result tonight. It took a lot to dig that deep and just push it out. Really happy with this progress! I just keep thinking "Free insurance, free insurance, free insurance GOGOGOGO!" :DDDD
