    Even a seemingly small amount can make a difference. I lost about 20lbs when I got to where I live right now and I've recently found out that people are saying I've lost between 45-75lbs. I wish I lost that much.

    yOu look soooo much younger. On the top pic you look about 30-35 and on the bottom 18-early 20s. Good job!!!
