Fun and Sexy workouts for the girls!

Ok, so upon browsing Youtube.com for some different workouts because I was getting REALLY bored, I found these workouts. They are fun and sexy and only 10 minutes each. She targets each workout for a specific body part. For instance, butt, abs, back, legs..whatever it may be. She does it in a way that is sexy and fun, kind of like dance moves. :) I thought I would share. Here is the link..check out the ab workout and the booty shaking waist workout, they look so fun! The Get your Sexy back workout is fun as well. Anyway, she makes it fun and sexy and non boring as possible but still teaches you things about your muscles. There is awesome music and some of the moves are even like belly dancing..I love it!
