Need Help PLZ BMR & TDEE-setting my own goals

I am new and have read about BMR and TDEE. I'm wanting to figure my own goals instead of MFP. I have lost 5 pounds in one week but now am stuck. I do not want to starve my body, nor do I want to burn muscle. So any help would be grateful!
I am 47
Female
Height 5' 4
Weight 185 (lost 5 pounds so far)
Want to loose 60 pounds (130) - 55 more to go
BF 53%
Activity -Sedentary (I do fidget a lot lol)
My BMR calculation came to 1224
TDEE is 1468 (If I read right, it should be 20% more than BMR)
So when setting my own goals what do I put in for the "net calories consumed"? BMR or TDEE?
Then what percentage do I put the Carbs, fat and protein?
I understand I do NOT go under my BMR but shouldn't go over the TDEE to loose weight.
When I exercise, I eat back at least 25% or all the calories earned?
Thanks...Deb

Try this calculator http://www.fitnessfrog.com/calculators/tdee-calculator.html and subtract 15-20% from the number it gives you for your calorie goal.0

These numbers are different from the other site I got them from.
BMR 1534 when using the calculation on fitnessfrog
TDEE is 2378
So I should actually be eating at least 1534 calories if not more?0 -

Yup, probably. I am just starting this sort of approach, and from the 1600 I was at I am up to 2000, I will probably go higher in a few weeks. The weight is still coming off, although I am expecting that come next week with various Easter events, I will put some on again.0
