I normally do at least 1 hour of cardio 5 days a week. I usually do the stationary bike or 1 hour class at the gym. Plus, I do strength training 3x a week. What does everyone else do? and how often?

I do an hour of cardio 7 days a week. Some days I do a little more depending on energy. I do the eliptical usually but sometimes I throw in the treadmill. Don't really like the bike anymore. I do my resistance 3 times a week(MWF).0

Im doing c25k, run w/nike app, walk & hike lots, and I just bought a step & jump rope to break up my strength training! I have been known to stalk the bootcamp class @the gym because thats my next big thing.
Oops I aim for 2 hour-long workouts a day & anything close to 1000 calories burned a day.

Not enough ... not nearly enough. I have improved though0

About 45 minutes, 5 times a week.
Admittedly I'm still working on endurance. I do it in 10 minute bursts and rest for a while; anemia makes me tired all the time.0 -
I do 60 minutes on the stationary bike daily while watching TV
LOL
I lift weights daily, but just started that recently at a very low weight and just a few sets.
I would like to do less cardio but a while back I tried cutting back and didn't like how MFP started saying I'd lose weight slower. I also feel guilty not doing it, yet I HATE doing it.

No more than 45 mins. My trainer advised that going beyond a certain amount of time in a single workout increases the risk of destroying muscle instead of burning fat. His motto is HIIT for a short period of time (30 -45 mins)0

I do between 45 and 90 minutes of cardio a day, depending on what else is necessary that day. I do C25K, Jillian's Aerobics video, and bike (stationary when it's cold). I also try to add in minor weights, like the 30 Day Shred, and we just got a Bowflex off of Craigslist for under $200, so I'm adding that in slowly as well.
I do this 7 days a week, about 650-1100 calories a day.0 -
usually...30-40 minutes of cardio at the gym 4 days a week, and then on Sundays, a long walk in the morning.0

50-60 minutes per day split into 2-3 sessions depending on what my schedule is.0

Including the 30DS, I do 6 days of cardio. 4 of those are 30DS and 2 of those is an hour of Zumba.0

I usually do a minimum of 30 - 50 minutes of cardio a day, seven days a week. Now I am trying to add some resistence training to that as well.0

Cardio (really, fat burning mode): 5X/week for an hour, a mix of treadmill, elliptical, arc, and recumbent bike.
Weight training w/ trainer: 3X/week for 30 minutes.0 -
Wow, everyone is exercising like crazy! I feel like a slug. I can only manage about 2 strength training sessions a week, that are an hour long. One is lighter wts. but tons of reps. (body pump class), then a few days later I do heavier wts, less reps on my own.
Then 2-3 days a week running and walking for 40 mins. And thats all I can manage lately. Or else I'd have to lie down for a day. lol.0 -
I do my 3kms in less than 12 minutes every day. More time to do everything else0
-
I lift 3 times a week and do no cardio at the moment because of some health issues, but I was only doing zumba once a week and maybe a run0
-
treadmill 30-45 minutes 3 times a week... I am still new and taking my time slowly increasing0
-
1.5-3 hrs a day, six days a week. I've come a long way, and it's more just doing activities that I enjoy.0
