17 day diet

Anyone following the 17 day diet? Just thinking about starting it and wondering if anyone has had success and how easy it is to stay on track. The accelerate phase seems really low in calorie intake. Feedback would be great!

Hi I did this diet last year n lost 30lbs on cycle 1 n 2 it wasn't low on calorie since u can eat as much protein n veggies as u want...I did exercise 5-6 times a week ..make sure to get ur water n teas in0
