What about the unhealthy dieters?

I've recently come across some people on here who are already at their height/weight recommendation... (5'5, 123 lbs...) but they are trying to lose an additional 50 lbs. What to do, in that case? I didn't message her, because I thought she's probably already received five billion "Why are you here, you're thin enough, quit losing weight," messages... but, I feel for her. She needs help...
I wish there was something that we could do that could help these folks realize they're already healthy, or already UNHEALTHY, and help them become proud of the fact that they literally have nothing, or everything, to lose.
