500 DAYS OF MFP
Wow 500 days. Sometime it feels like it was yesterday, others like I have been doing this forever. First let me say that I am the poster child for slowwwwwwww weight loss. I know some that lost 150 pounds in those same 500 days and I lost a whooping 20 pounds.
What are the ingredients needed to stick with it?

Keep it simple. No need to cut some food, or to eat 6 times a day or to take this or that supplement pushed by a TV celebrity

You will have bad days, weeks, months. Get back to it….now

Take a break once every few month. Eat at maintenance.

Friends on MFP make all the difference. You do not have to do this alone and everyone else does not want to hear about your diet 
Exercise enough…..not too much.

Eat more than 1200 calories a day.

More then anything, don't quit.
