hello. so the first week i did great. and I've been sticking to this hard core since i've started. really i'm trying so hard. and yesterday and today i weighed myself * i weigh myself everyday just cuz it's so addicting and i like to see where i'm at* and i went up 2 - 3 lbs but i don't understand how. i'm eating under what i'm supposed to get every time. and i excersie everyday except for either saturday or sunday. but i'm always working out 6 times a week. could it be i gained muscle? and that's why i gained the weight? or it's just water weight? i don't know :( ... thank you :)

It's hard to help without being able to see your diary. Extra sodium in your diet? 'That' time of the month, maybe?

Other than that, please don't weigh yourself every day. Weight can fluctuate so much even within the same day! I wouldn't worry about it and would just wait until your official weigh-in day to see what the scale says at that point.

Weight changes daily, my wieght jumps around all the time, thats why I try and stick to just a once a week thing. Also like I told you before, with you losing so much weight so fast, there was going to be a time when something like this happened. Its a constant mental game, its easy to keep pushing forward when the scale is always dropping, but now its the tough time, to keep doing it when it goes up. Don't worry thoughm its more htan likely just some water weight, or something just hanging on a little longer than before, I wouldn't worry about it.

    +1

I personally bounce around between 61.0 - 62.2kg on any given day, and scale can easily decide I'm a kg heavier one day to the next.

Start taking measurements +/- "before" pictures. Measurements will tell you if its muscle gain that's countering weight loss.
