Calories and Exercise

I am having a really hard time trying to eat all my required calories in a day. In my opinion I eat healthy and drink 3L of water in a day, but after dinner I am full and cannot eat anymore. I have now been at the same weight "141" for a few weeks now I gained back 2 lbs and would really like to lose 5 more pounds and it just won't come off nor will the inches. I have been doing Turbo Fire and Ripped in 30 and 6 Week 6 Pack for exercise as well as walking. Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong or would need to change to help achieve this?

The closer you get to goal the slower your weight loss will be. One weigh in could be water retention. I assume you are eating your exercise calories back (?). Are you using a heart rate monitor? Perhaps your calories are overstated.
If your exercise calories are accurate ..... to get to your daily number, sub in a few calorie dense foods throughout the day to help you get there. Avacado, nuts, nut butters are all very calorie dense. Serving sizes are small with these.0
