    I personally weigh myself first thing in the morning in my underwear. I dont believe they add to much to the scale but I do not weigh myself at the end of the day or in clothes.

    Actually- both... well sorta... at night time I do hop on the scale in my night gown "just to guage" where I will be in the morning. But then in the morning when I weigh in I am in my "birthday suit"! I do NOT want any extra tenth of anything on me when I "weigh in"! LOL

    Fully clothed because I don't own a scale so I use one in my local pharmacy. I think they'd be a bit surprised if I turned up naked for that one!
