Hi, my name is Kim. I am hoping that with support I can become healthier. I'm not sure how many details anyone wants, but I have about 75 pounds to lose - tht is my ultimate goal. My short-term goal is 25. I'd love some advice about diet and setting realistic goals. I never seem to reach them. Thanks, everyone!

I wanted to add that I was also diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes today. It's not been the best of days. Hoping tomorrow will be better. I really like the food tracker. I think it's going to help me with getting a grip on my issues.0

Good luck! I know the news was probably hard for you but the good thing is there are lots of lifetime treatments for type 2 diabetes and it's never too late to start eating right and exercising! Good luck to you!0
