Who is doing a race this weekend? Maybe a first 5K, 10K, Half Mary, Full Mary, or any sort of race.
I am doing a 10K trail run this weekend. I think it's going to run so it sound be messy.

Doing my first 10K Saturday morning and I'm feeling woefully unprepared. It's my own fault...I've not trained nearly enough and I haven't even run since Wednesday of last week. I've only ever done the distance once before and that was quite a few weeks ago. I'm completely dreading the race but trying not to beat myself up too badly about the choices I have made in the weeks leading up to this race. I've been working out consistently (kickboxing M&W, bootcamp T, Th & S) but the fact that I've not put in enough miles...:sigh:
Anyhoo...good luck to all those racing this weekend!!!0 -
I just did Around the Bay (30k) on Sunday. Was 2 minutes under my goal time and 27 minutes faster than last year.
