I am going to go see my body fat % in the bod pod next week but want to know a lifting routine I should start out in. I have 45 minutes to a hour 3 times a week I scheduled out. I want to lift my butt and get my back and arms in shape. I am 136 lbs and 5'6.5''. How long do you think it would take to see changes and what are the best machines to use in those areas? THANKS BUNCHES!

Squats will do everything you want to your legs and butt. Deadlifts for your back... and just about everything works your arms, so I wouldn't worry about that. I do CrossFit and that seems to do it all. Good luck to you!0
