Strengh-training time

Hi
I just did a kettlebell workout. It's a mixture of weights but feels like aerobics so I added it as aerobics but I wasn't sure how many minutes I should add, because I did each excercise for a minute and then rested for a minute. I already wondered about that while adding strengh-training?
Are these "resting minutes" already calculated? Or should I only add the minutes I'm actually doing something?
What do you add?
