    I'm joining, if I may. Thing is, I'll put my weight in tomorrow. I'm coming back from a bad week and if I put what I weigh in now (it's afternoon here) I'll probably weigh about 5lbs lighter tomorrow morning, which is cheating a bit...possibly. Or just me being too honest and I should have kept my mouth shut and 'wowed' you all :smile:

    I know its tough. Would a healthy cow help you? Do you think if you just ate a piece of chocolate would your craving be satisfied? If ll else fails, Deny Deny Deny your sweet tooth. I struggle myself but I just drink plenty of water so my belly feels full.

    If you need a chocolate fix, try the skinny cow candies. I LOVE the little crispy clusters ones, and the bars are pretty good too! the clusters remind you of turtles, without the nuts. they are soooo yummy!! give 'em a try!!

    oh and YES, let's do this 10lb challenge!! i'm in!! :)

    My birthday is the 29th and I want to lose the 10lbs I need to reach my goal. For my birthday, I'm getting the tattoo on my hip re-done and I'd like to be at my goal weight :)

    add some strength training is what I have been taught. Your body is used to running, maybe try some zumba toning, wherein you dance and burn a lot of calories but also use 2.5 lb weights to help tone body, incorporate lunges, push ups, and other stronger weights so that the fat will turn into lean muscle.

    Im in too. I weighed in this morning and I've lost 2 lbs!!! I was I believe 180 when I started on this site. I joined the gym and have been doing both cardio and strenght training and I'm down to 168 by counting calories and working out!!! I'm excited!!!
    I'm at 168 and headed for 158 by April 30!!!
