Does putting Crystal Light in water still constitute as drinking water? I drink my water from a 32 oz bottle so in order to get the right flavor I need to put 2 packets of 16 oz Crystal Light packets in my water. It just doesn't feel like I'm drinking water when I'm drinking it with CL in it so I'm hoping it still counts because I hate my water plain and I usually use Mio but that it getting awfully expensive.

Using crystal light in water counts as water and it has none to few calories. That is a good alternative if you don't like water. It is much better than other drinks that have lots of sugar, like, gatorade, juice, sodas (pop). Keep drinking your crystal light and enjoy it.0

Yes, of course it does. Putting Crystal Light in didn't actually take any water out, correct?0
