Hello everyone. I've recently started my diet... (again). I'm no newcomer when it comes to dieting. I recently (last May) graduated from college and got my first big girl job! While I love being in the big world and out of school, my job comes with one (or two) major draw backs. I work in an office setting. This means while I have a "kush desk job", I also sit at my desk for 8+ hours a day. To make matters worse I'm surrounded my office treats, which if you can imagine are NOT fruits and veggies. Anyway....I love to cook and exercise. Luckily, my boyfriend is going to school to become a fitness trainer, so the exercise (after work) is not an issue for me. So that's a little bit about me. I guess I would just like to know if people were in my same position on this whole office job thing. I try to stay strong, but I've gained about 10 pounds since starting here! YIKES! :blushing:

So I will be starting the 90 Day Challenge tomorrow. Any thoughts, suggestions, pointers?
