9 months - 36 weeks?
About a pound a week, you would lose 36 lbs, right?
A little more than a pound a week - it is possible.
That is, if you actually have 46 lbs to lose. If you don't then it wouldn't happen safely....0 -
I am at 27 weeks and have lost 49 lbs as of today but will do my recordable weight this Sunday.0

I started at 195 and lost about 40 lbs in since September, but then I guess it depends on your current weight. The first 25 lbs I lost in the first 3 months, but now it is taking me much longer0

If you were consistent and determined I'd say at least 5-6 months.0

It depends on how you go about it. I have been changing my body composition and have lost only 14.5 pounds in 10 months, but I have gained muscle and lost a lot of fat. It probably also depends on how much weight you need to lose. But I would say do it at a slow and steady pace, don't try to sprint to the finish line.0

Depends on how much you have to lose. It took me about a year to lose 50 pounds. The closer you get to your goal weight, the slower things go.0
