The Best Gym Workouts?

Hello everyone,
Ive been going to the gym about everyother day or so and I feel like I do the same workouts over and over again. I walk/run on the treadmill for about 30/45 mins and I so the rowing machine. I would like to loose weight in my stomach and tone that up and I would like my arms to be thinner and toned. If you have any idea's for me please let me know. My leggs look great the only areas I seem to have problems with are my stomach really I have the body like Johnny bravo skinny everywhwere else other than my stomach. Please help. Thank you!

Also any suggestions you may have on how I shoul have my soy protien shake I usually do have my protien powder with just water and I drink it after a workout. Is that the best way?0
