every day i go to the gym, so 6 days a week. some days it's easier to be in beast mode than others.
some days i have to practically force myself to get through my workout, and because i'm such an evil biyatch it's always those days that i pile on even more

like yesterday, i was a bit more than halfway done with my treadmill HIIT routine and i was seriously considering backing off. my evil side perked up, did a "oh i'll give your something to cry about" and added more incline and more speed

i got through it though and glad i did.

i lift weight 3 days a week and every set i try to increase my weight. same with my HIIT routines. although i might have a routine, the workouts are never exactly the same

oh and i'm panning to do a tough mudder in september. i've already done several 5k and 10ks, but i think the obstacle course will be more fun
