Any kid friendly ideas with Swiss Chard or Kale?

We are leaving in two days for a family trip. Have a lot of Swiss Chard and Kale to use up before we leave. Any ideas that would fly with younger kids?

I juice, so that is how I normally use it. TIA -

Kale Chips! I make them at least 3x a week and everyone loves them.

Pre-heat the oven to about 350 degrees and spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray.

Lay the kale down evenly and you can put some more spray over them (or olive oil drizzle).

Sprinkle with salt then bake about 15-20 minutes or until Kale becomes crispy like a chip!

They are deliciously addicting and SUPER healthy!

I just made some kale chips in my microwave on parchment paper. Only took 3 minutes for me, but up to 5 may be necessary. I seasoned with a little cooking spray and lawrys seasoning salt before cooking.
Another idea, I wonder if you could go ahead and juice it all, freeze into ice cube trays or small containers and then use those in place of ice cubes for smoothies once you get back?
    Have fun on your trip!

Thank you! Great ideas. I will give them a try. Kids don't like it in salads at all.
