Swanson Canned Chicken Breast

I was looking at using the lean canned chicken breast more as a quick and easy way to prepare meals (lunch specifically)

Does anyone currently use this? How do you prepare it? What recipes do you have incorporating it?

Lately I have been using the Flat Out Light wraps and taking cut up chicken breast mixed with light BBQ sauce and making a BBQ chicken flat bread pizza but I am not sure if I could use the canned chicken for this?

Any suggestions would be great!!

    I rinse it before use. Then I use it in place of any recipe where I use shredded chicken. I put it on a pizza, mix with bbq sauce and put on a potato, a quick chicken soup or pot pie. Once I got over it being in a can, it was really useful.

    I rinse mine too to get off the excess sodium. I use it to make chicken salad or just to add on top of a green salad.
