Tips :)

Hi Everyone, I'm about a month and a half into my diet and exercise regimen and have lost ten pounds so far. I was just wondering if anyone has any tips they could give me in regards to general diet and exercise and how to keep my body guessing. I would love more friends on here and any advice is welcome. Thank you!

    You've come to the right place. Between the message boards and the groups on MFP, you can get just about any question that you have answered. Many of those answers may be guesses, broscience, completely subjective, and/or dripping in sarcasm but... we try :flowerforyou:

    HIIT = High intensity interval training. Bursts of "Give It All You've Got" followed by a timed amount of rest, then right back to "Bust @$$ Mode". Good luck trying to stay on my hips, fat. Good luck indeed.

    Eat lots of protein and fiber to keep you full.

    Make sure you're eating enough, but not too much. Net calorie goal is there for a reason.

    Annnd good luck, stay strong, keep your eyes on the big picture, and be positive. :)
