New member here... I've been gaining and losing weight for the past 2 years and now I'm ready to just lose... I have been walking every day at lunch during work but i need other ideas that arent to hard on the knees. Trying to be able to run again.. Right now i am almost at the highest weight i have ever been at.... its getting easier and easier everyday but i just need ideas. would love to add some people too, maybe in my area and we could get a walking group together or something! :smile:
