Unable to find specific strength training in database

When I am posting my food and exercise in the analysis chart, I am not finding anything for certain exercises like bicep curls, lat pull downs, etc. I know that you can manually put these in, but it wants you to assign a time for the specific exercise, and I'm not sure of a time. I only know the reps and sets and weight. After doing this today, I didn't see where it calculated the calories burned for the strength training exercises. What do I do?

Calories are only calculated in the cardio section. There is one for resistance training, I forget what it's called. But run a search and you'll find it.0

Assign a name for it for you. Also, log into Cardio instead of Resistance training so you can log in your calories burned. It won't hurt anything and you can keep track of your calories there. If you use a HR monitor, you will see how many calories you burn while doing these exercises..... Hope this helps.0
