    We've all done it. Either say "that's it- I'm done" or "Shouldnt have done that! Won't make that mistake again." Keep going... if you feel this guilty after one bad choice, just think of how you would feel if you continued the behavior. Now, suck it up, get back on track, and remember you ARE worth it!

    Meh, what we're doing here shouldn't be "going on a diet", it should be the start of a complete lifestyle change, and you can't go through life without occasionally eating a whole carton of icecream, metaphorically or otherwise. If you're not doing it every damn week, it's not a problem.
  • I have been there, no worries, you will be OK. Like everyone else said, just get back on track today. This is a hard issue, helping others realize NOT to bring you food, or offer you food that is not on your diet. I usually just keep turning it down until they go away and never ask again. Being subtle about it doesn't work.

    dont worry its only 1000 cals ! 1/3 of a lb if you were over its nothing!
